Ingredients:
3 cups apples, sliced or diced 
1 1/2 cups cranberries, chopped 
2 1/2 tbsp basil, fresh 
3 1/2 Tbsp honey 
2 1/2 Tbsp Crème de Cassis 
1/2 tsp vinegar, balsamic 
1/2 cup yogurt, plain fat-free Greek 
1 Tbsp sugar, powdered 
1/2 tsp cinnamon 
3 Tbsp almonds, sliced 
Instructions:
Combine first 6 Ingredients in a bowl. Cover, and let stand at room temperature for at least an hour.
Place yogurt and sugar in a bowl; beat with a mixer on high speed for 3 minutes. Spoon over fruit mixture; Garnish with cinnamon and almonds. Serve immediately.
