Festive Holiday Yogurt Parfait

apples, sliced or diced

cranberries, chopped

basil, fresh

honey

Crème de Cassis
|

vinegar, balsamic

cup
yogurt, plain fat-free Greek
|

sugar, powdered

tsp
cinnamon

almonds, sliced

Instructions:
|
Combine first 6 Ingredients in a bowl. Cover, and let stand at room temperature for at least an hour. Place yogurt and sugar in a bowl; beat with a mixer on high speed for 3 minutes. Spoon over fruit mixture; Garnish with cinnamon and almonds. Serve immediately.
